• If applicable, our fees will be payable on acceptance of an offer of finance or at another time clearly agreed with you in writing.

• We will act with reasonable care and skill, but we shall not be liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of:
• Any decision you make to enter into a finance agreement.
• Any act, omission, or failure by a finance provider.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

We may receive commissions from finance providers in connection with introductions we make. You are entitled to request details of the commission we may receive for a particular transaction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
